A train station takeover to unleash the Premier League

After deciding to go beyond telecommunications and become an entertainment provider, Optus scored a major goal by obtaining exclusive rights to broadcast the English Premier League in Australia. Suddenly, their streaming was the only option for fans.

Good thing that Optus customers could watch the EPL on the move without using data from their plans. To let commuters know, we dominated Sydney’s Central Station in partnership with Samsung – creators of the borderless screen that made the Galaxy phones the perfect streaming companion.

Another part of this joint campaign was planned, to leverage Netflix shows on public transport. Sadly this was pulled, but you can see some of the headlines in the mock-ups below.
